As the calendar year gets into October, the trend is cooler temps and harvest season. This year’s summer was filled with hot temperatures and smoke from numerous fires. It is refreshing to move into fall, where things are cool enough for coffee and apple pie. Winterizing the house includes raking leaves and moving things under the eves that might get wet. We welcome rain to hydrate the ground and all that grows from it. Cheers everyone.
